The 3rd annual trail ride is a two-day, three-night camping event and is held to honor the loved ones we have lost and those who still fight. Proceeds are awarded to the Tyler Cattle Barons’ Gala, which is the primary fundraiser for the American Cancer Society-Tyler, Cancer Research and Patient Services. 

The overnight camp will start Thursday, April 22, 2021 at 4:00 p.m. The ranch has “Primitive Camping” with restrooms on site. No hook-ups are available; however, self- contained RVs/trailers and quiet generators are welcome. The riders are free to ride out on their own or join the guided daily rides.

Where: Trace Trails - 8543 CR 3914, Athens, TX  75752 (North East Texas)

Cost: $125 per rider for the entire weekend (non-riders $95) or $60 per day (24hr) (non-riders $45)

Daily meals and snacks provided, as well as nightly entertainment. (Thursday dinner for cash purchase)

We will have games and contests, a chance drawing, silent auction, wonderful food, a nightly band and dancing, Sunday Service and lots of fun!  A horsemanship clinic will also be offered by trainer Jimmy Zercher.  This is a great way to bring old friends together and meet new ones!

Stalls are not provided, however you may bring your own panels, electric fence, use a picket line, tie to your trailer, etc.

Negative Coggins required. No stallions allowed.
